Ingredients
1/4 cup quinoa cooked in 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup berries or green apple
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Bring water and quinoa to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and let sit until water is absorbed and quinoa tender.
Add remaining ingredients and enjoy.
Have with 2 hard boiled eggs for protein.
