Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quinoa cooked in 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup berries or green apple
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring water and quinoa to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and let sit until water is absorbed and quinoa tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and enjoy.
  4. Have with 2 hard boiled eggs for protein.
