Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccolini
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, sauté broccolini and garlic in olive oil until broccolini is crisp and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
