Your First Visit

What to expect when you come to Johnson Chiropractic Group.

Step 1: Download New Patient Packet

The new patient forms should be fully completed, signed and dated prior to arrival. If your packet is not completed in advance, please allow an hour and fifteen minutes for the first visit.

Step 2: Prioritize Injuries

If you have more than one primary injury, please prioritize your complaints. The techniques used by Dr. Johnson require focus on one body part at a time. The initial evaluation will be geared toward dealing with the complaint that receives the highest priority and a plan will be put in place to deal with the additional injuries.

Step 3: Evaluation/ Report of Findings

A new patient will need approximately one hour for their evaluation. The doctors will perform a thorough examination relating to your complaint. At the end of the visit, he will discuss the details of your problem. The doctors will also provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan.

Step 4: Treatment Plan

If you agree to the treatment plan prescribed by Dr. Johnson you will receive a prescription which may include Exercise Therapy and Massage Therapy. These services are all offered at Johnson Chiropractic Group and can be scheduled with the assistance of the front desk staff.
